  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or force majeure events.
  • Delays do not entitle customers to compensation.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns/exchanges are subject to our Return Policy.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
  • Innerwear, customised products, and sale items may be non-returnable.
  • Refunds are processed as per RBI and payment gateway norms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Hyderabad, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
