Refund policy

1. Our Promise

At 9nBeyond.com, we design thoughtfully for comfort and confidence. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help - within the terms outlined below.

 

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
  • The request is raised within 3 days of delivery
  • The item is not part of the Non-Returnable Category

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear, intimate apparel
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products marked as “On Sale” / “No Return /  “Discount”
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

 

4. Reasons Eligible for Return / Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted in case of:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Wrong size delivered
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damaged product received

Note: Colour variation due to lighting or screen resolution is not considered a defect.

 

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return/exchange:

  1. Email us at: returns@9nbeyond.com
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Clear images/ video (if damaged/defective)

Our team will respond within 48 working hours.

 

6. Reverse Pickup / Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship.
  • Shipping instructions will be shared via email.

 

7. Refund Policy

Once the returned item passes quality inspection:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Amount is credited to the original payment method

 

8. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed
  • If the exchanged item is unavailable, a refund will be initiated (only in cases of wrong size/ product/ damaged product)

 

9. Cancellation Policy

a) Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Full refund will be issued

b) After Shipment

  • Cancellation requests after dispatch are treated as returns

 

10. Refund Deductions (If Applicable)

Refunds may be reduced in case of:

  • Missing tags or damaged packaging
  • Signs of use

 

11. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check with your bank/payment provider
