1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed on 9NBeyond.com are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email or SMS with tracking details.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We may offer free shipping on select orders, promotions, or minimum purchase values, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-metro / Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, logistics delays, or regional restrictions.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Once shipped, the delivery process is managed by the courier partner, and delivery timelines are subject to their operations.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery may be available for select pin codes.
- COD availability will be shown at checkout.
- We reserve the right to disable COD for certain orders or locations.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability
8. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
In case of delivery delays:
- We will assist in coordinating with the courier partner
- However, delays do not entitle customers to compensation or cancellation once the order is shipped
If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
9. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear images of the package and product
We will investigate and assist as per our Return & Refund Policy.
10. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. You can track your order on concerned website.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen logistics disruptions.
